Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your Pro or Business features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

2. Top-Up Credits

One-time credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable since the credits are immediately added to your balance. However, if you experience a technical error during purchase or our platform fails to deliver the promised services, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on our policy, please contact our support team at support@keppit.app with your order details.
